A Tasteful Evening: The Launch of JAN’s Journal 13.

The culinary world gathered for an unforgettable evening as we launched the latest edition of JAN’s food journal.

As guests arrived, they were greeted by an ambiance that perfectly captured the essence of JAN’s philosophy—a seamless blend of elegance, warmth, and a deep appreciation for the culinary arts. The venue was adorned with crisp white tablecloths, soft candlelight, and a curated selection of JAN’s previous publications

Guests were treated to an exclusive Braaibroedtjie Martini, served by the AKJP BAR. This was an experience in itself, and certainly was for the more adventurous palettes.

The highlight of the evening was, of course, the official unveiling of the new window installation. A simple yet elegant scene, mimicking what one may experience at one of JANs michilen star restaurants.
